Advancement SoftwareThese programs may be beneficial in keeping track of your troop's advancement. They are divided into three groups, FREE, ScoutNet Certified, and then any other programs that don't belong in the first two categories. Then they are listed in alphabetical order within each group. MeritBadge.com does not endorse any specific products. ***If you're wondering what ScoutNet Certified software is, this software will not only track advancement but should also allow you to submit advancement records, recharters, and additional enrollment reports to your council office electronically. Please check with your local council to be sure they support the use of ScoutNet Certified software. Also keep in mind that some of the products not currently ScoutNet Certified are working on it.
